There’s quick repair, which I’ve never had success with and Online Repair, which I’ve always had success with. Your results may vary, but I always use Online Repair now. +I have tried it, I have followed every suggestion it has made. I have NOT forgotten my log in info, it won't allow me in with the correct info. I haven't even made it far enough to enter a password, it won't let me through step 1! I have tried repairing the program, I have tried restarting my computer.
